Planning Lead

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead planning on a £200m+ data centre project in West London. This is a longterm role offering stability, career progression, and the chance to be part of a landmark build.

The Role:

• Oversee planning activities on a largescale data centre project.
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with senior leadership and support a team of planners already in place.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a planner on data centre projects (or similar)
• Electrical bias
• Leadership ability within a planning function on major builds.

Package & Benefits:

• Base salary: £100,000 - £120,000
