Are you an experienced Planning Manager with a strong background in mission-critical construction? We're partnered with a leading global specialist contractor to find a skilled professional to join a massive hyperscale datacentre project in Wales

As the leader of the planning team, you'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of this flagship project.

The Role & Your Responsibilities

* Lead a team of planners, providing mentorship and direction to ensure roles are clearly defined and deadlines are met.

* Own the project's full lifecycle, from pre-construction through to commissioning. You will be the expert in developing and managing the program using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject.

* Use your analytical skills to produce key project deliverables with tools like Excel, Power BI, and Bluebeam.

* Maintain project momentum by conducting regular site walks and holding discussions with all team members to resolve day-to-day issues before they become problems.

* Act as a key liaison between the client and our team, attending project meetings and facilitating a smooth exchange of information to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* Extensive M&E construction experience, especially within data centre projects.

* An advanced user level in Primavera P6 or Asta.

* A solid understanding of Delay Analysis Techniques.

* Familiarity with BIM and Engineering Processes during the pre-construction phase.

* Knowledge of the QA handover and Commissioning (Cx) process at project turnover.
