Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Plumber Apprentice to support commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you will assist with the installation of plumbing systems while learning the trade under the guidance of experienced plumbers and foremen. Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial plumbing installation including underground, rough-ins, stack-out, and trim-out work on large-scale commercial and industrial projects such as healthcare, government, education, manufacturing, and data centers.
• Install hangers and supports for piping, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
• Assist with installing plumbing materials including copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping systems.
• Safely and regularly use basic hand and power tools.
• Support journeymen and foremen with daily jobsite tasks.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
• Work safely from ladders, lifts, and other elevated equipment as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial plumbing experience strongly .
• Basic knowledge and exposure to plumbing principles required.
• Previous experience in the plumbing trade .
• Basic mechanical aptitude with mathematical and English skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and safely use hand and power tools.
• Regular and punctual attendance; ability to work overtime when approved.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening, and physical ability test.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or other relevant safety certification.
• Medical Gas Certification endorsement (for Med-Gas applicants) or ability to obtain.
