Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join a growing team and will play a key role in supporting the bid estimating team on plumbing scopes for large-scale construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing systems on large-scale construction projects.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and material requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including general contractors and clients.
  • Utilize estimating software to develop detailed takeoffs and pricing.
  • Support bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • Strong experience in plumbing estimating for large-scale projects such as multifamily, commercial, high-rise, hospitals, stadiums, data centers, or other mission-critical builds.
  • Proficiency with estimating tools and software (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, Procore, Trimble products, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior hands-on field experience in plumbing with transition into an office-based estimating role.
  • Experience working on local projects and interacting directly with general contractors and clients.
