As a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs across the entire analytics and AI portfolio and synthesizing data from various sources to drive cross portfolio outcomes that exceed expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to work backwards from customer and industry requirements, connecting the dots between different AWS capabilities, services, and portfolios (AI, Analytics, Data, Security, and Observability) to drive product launches in the space of Data for AI and specifically Agentic AI. This will ensure that we are building and marketing the right portfolios of offerings to meet and exceed customer needs, while clearly articulating the value propositions of our capabilities. In this role, you will leverage your deep experience as a technologist who has worked closely with customers utilizing cloud capabilities in analytics and AI. You will synthesize both external and internal data from multiple sources and drive the overall marketing and go to market strategy for our data portfolio, by collaborate closely with AWS Product Managers across various services (Bedrock, SageMaker, S3, Glue, and more). Your efforts will guide cross service feature prioritization, and develop compelling positioning and messaging at the portfolio level. AWS is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of services and capabilities, including Analytics, Databases, ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Security. Key job responsibilities
Creation of positioning and messaging artifacts that will represent our offerings at a portfolio level including our overarching data and AI governance strategy and how that will change due to Agentic AI. Drive launches that cross services while telling a compelling story to our customers and field on cross portfolio services Deliver product demonstrations and oversee a third-party agency product demo creation Deliver presentations including common architectural and design patterns for their domain to customers, partners, and field members Work directly with customers on architectural understanding of our portfolio of products to solve their complex business problems
Be a driving force in how data is a differentiator for agentic workloads Translate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
Analysis and synthesis of 1st and 3rd party data (including driving direct data gathering from customers) to define opportunities for our offerings articulate common architectural and design patterns for their product area or industry (e.g. can work with other teams to create a reference architecture and can participate in a discuss with a customer or product team around a reference architecture)
Acting as an advocate for customers within AWS during the product development process
Create content artifacts (presentations, demos, etc.) that can be leveraged broadly to educate customers on our offerings Working closely with other AWS teams to ensure these value propositions are articulated broadly and clearly
