Overview

We are seeking a Principal Applications Engineer with expertise in low-voltage DC-DC (Buck) converters to support advanced power modules used in high-performance computing, networking, and data center applications. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role that combines lab validation, technical support, and collaboration with design engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical expert for DC-DC converter products.
- Provide post-sales design-in support and troubleshoot customer applications.
- Perform product qualification, validation, and testing in the lab and at customer sites (50–75% onsite during project phases).
- Partner with design, validation, manufacturing, and field engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support product integration, define project scope, and deliver technical presentations.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's ).
- 8+ years of experience in design, applications, or verification engineering within power electronics.
- Strong hands-on experience with low-voltage DC-DC converter design, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of power conversion, power integrity, thermal management, and system-level performance.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.

- Field Applications Engineering experience.
- Mandarin skills are a plus.
