  • Drive prototype fabrication, first article qualification, and testing to validate product functionality and manufacturability.
  • Author detailed engineering specifications and manufacturing drawings that align with design intent and production capabilities.
  • Design, execute, and document testing and qualification plans to verify compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to support product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively contributes to a culture of safety, quality, and compliance, reporting all concerns or incidents promptly.

Additional Expectations

  • Uphold all aspects of the Code of Conduct, including adherence to the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all product designs and activities meet product compliance requirements, relevant laws, regulations, and market standards.
  • Support the organization’s Compliance Management System, including meeting documentation, reporting, and audit expectations.
  • Promptly raise any compliance-related concerns to management, leadership, or through the confidential whistleblower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Creo, along with experience with FEA tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and material properties (metals, polymers, and composites).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, product compliance standards, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
