Position Summary
The Product Pricing Manager is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for developing and scaling pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, improve margin performance, and strengthen market positioning.
This role operates at the intersection of Product, Finance, and Sales—translating data, market dynamics, and customer value into actionable pricing decisions. You will balance strategic pricing design with hands-on analysis to support both long-term pricing frameworks and day-to-day commercial decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Pricing & Frameworks
- Develop and refine pricing strategies aligned to growth, competitiveness, and margin targets
- Design scalable pricing models including value-based pricing, segmentation, and lifecycle pricing
- Support pricing governance, including discounting guidelines and margin guardrails
Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate profitability, cost-to-serve, and price realization
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
- Develop dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision making
Commercial Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to support pricing for complex deals and customer opportunities
- Provide guidance on discounting, pricing structure, and value articulation
- Improve consistency in pricing execution across regions and customer segments
Systems & Process Integration
- Support pricing implementation across CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems
- Maintain price lists and pricing logic to streamline quoting and sales processes
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and scalability

- Scalable pricing frameworks established and adopted across key product lines
- Improved price realization and measurable contribution to gross margin performance
- Increased consistency and discipline in discounting and pricing execution
- Enhanced visibility into pricing performance through reporting and analytics
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in pricing, revenue strategy, FP&A, product management, or commercial analytics
- Experience developing pricing models, financial analysis, or go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Finance teams
- Familiarity with CPQ/CRM systems (Salesforce CPQ ) and data/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field required; MBA is a plus
Experience
- Background in data center infrastructure, thermal systems, HVAC, or industrial/hardware environments
- Exposure to value-based pricing, segmentation, or lifecycle pricing strategies
- Experience supporting global or multi-region pricing strategies
Additional Information
- Travel up to 10% (domestic with occasional international)
