This is a hands-on assembly role requiring:
- technical discipline, process adherence, and mechanical or electrical aptitude. You will be directly contributing to
- the build and quality of cooling infrastructure systems that power data centers across North America.
- This is not general labor. This is skilled production work where your attention to detail and consistency directly
- impacts product quality, delivery timelines, and client commitments.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assemble liquid-cooled load banks, heat exchangers, pump systems, fans, piping, and electrical control
- components
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly schematics, and structured work instructions
- Perform light electrical work including wiring, crimping, and connection termination
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and precision measurement instruments
- Conduct quality inspections and checks to ensure accuracy, fit, and standards compliance
- Identify and report assembly defects or process inconsistencies to supervisors
- Assist with material movement, product staging, crating, and shipment preparation
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize workflow and production output
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in alignment with 5S methodology
- Work Environment & Requirements
- Warehouse facility — not fully temperature controlled; exposure to outside climate conditions
- Required PPE: Steel toe boots, safety vest, safety gloves, and safety goggles
- GMP compliance and 5S methodology strictly observed
- Standing, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
