Project Location: Slough & Northolt, London - UK

Project Type: Data Centre Construction

**MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF SLOUGH OR NORTHOLT**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Management team in planning, coordination, and execution of Data Centre construction activities.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, and drawing registers to ensure accurate records and timely responses.
  • Coordinate communication between PMC, client, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, flagging delays, risks, and issues to the Project Manager for resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, progress updates, and reports for internal and client meetings.
  • Support the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all project activities.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to the project team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within large-scale construction projects, preferably Data Centres or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong document control and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with HSE and quality standards in a construction environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
