Job Title: Electrical Engineer / Project Coordinator
Location: New Carlisle, IN
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience)

Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer / Project Coordinator to support electrical construction projects in the data center and mission-critical space. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical project activities from preconstruction through closeout
• Support project managers with scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and documentation
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Assist with procurement of materials and equipment
• Track project progress and help resolve technical or coordination issues
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support commissioning and turnover for mission-critical systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience supporting electrical construction projects
• Data center and/or mission-critical experience strongly
• Understanding of electrical systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, and critical infrastructure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with project documentation tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on site in New Carlisle, IN
