Project Director\n\nLocation: London\nSector: Data Centre\nSalary: £140,000 – £150,000 + Package\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nA rare opportunity for a Project Director to join a specialist contractor delivering major defence, data centre and industrial projects.\n\nThis role will focus on leading a large-scale project and operational teams, ensuring delivery across programme, commercial, quality and client objectives. You’ll play a key leadership role within the business, overseeing complex schemes and supporting long-term client relationships.\n\nRole Overview\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\n * Leading project teams on a major construction scheme.\n\n * Managing operational delivery from pre-construction through to completion.\n\n * Driving programme, commercial and quality performance.\n\n * Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.\n\n * Leading project planning and risk management.\n\n * Supporting procurement and subcontractor management.\n\n * Managing project reporting and delivery strategy.\n\n * Supporting and mentoring operational teams.\n\n * Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained.\n\nAbout You\n\n * Tier 1 project delivery experience on £50m+ schemes.\n\n * Strong understanding of MEP delivery and D&B construction.\n\n * Proven leadership experience across major projects.\n\n * Strong commercial and operational awareness.\n\n * Experience working with NEC and JCT contracts.\n\n * Degree qualified or equivalent construction background.\n\n * Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.\n\nCompany Profile\n\nYou’ll be joining a specialist contractor with a strong reputation across technically demanding sectors.
