Job Description

The Project Engineer will support the successful and timely completion of ground-up commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects, ensuring proper document control across all phases.

Select Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Assist with contract administration, including bid documents, bid evaluations, and subcontract preparation
- Provide organized document control, including daily logs and monthly status reports
- Manage an effective RFI, submittal, and shop drawing process
- Work directly with subcontractors and vendors to support quality and cost control
- Assist with subcontractor draws, materials, and inventory tracking
- Track and document all inspections and re-inspections
- Assist with punch lists and project closeout, including warranty and closeout documentation

Ideal Candidate
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of construction industry experience, with ground-up exposure
- Ground-up experience in commercial, industrial, higher education, or data center and mission-critical sectors, $30M+
- Working knowledge of Procore and the Microsoft Office suite
- Based in the greater Phoenix area, or open to relocating there
