Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and managing all facets necessary to construct large ground-up projects on time, within budget, and to the quality specified, while providing leadership to the project team.

Select Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Own overall delivery of large ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Participate in the procurement process and develop project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans
- Determine milestones and assign qualified staff to the scope and complexity of the project
- Provide leadership to the project team, and review and communicate on ASIs, RFIs, and submittals
- Communicate directly with the Superintendent and subcontractors on costs, staffing, scheduling, and safety
- Network with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors
- Represent the company in project and strategy meetings

Ideal Candidate
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on large ground-up projects
- Ground-up experience on projects valued at $30M and above, in commercial, industrial, higher education, or data center and mission-critical sectors
- Mission-critical, data center, or advanced manufacturing experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field ; strong leadership and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office
- Based in the greater Phoenix area, or open to relocating there
