Job Description

The Senior Superintendent will hold overall responsibility for field operations on ground-up projects in the greater Phoenix area, leading the field team across one or more sectors, from multifamily to commercial, industrial, higher education, and data center or mission-critical work.

Select Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Hold overall responsibility for project field success, including safety, schedule, quality, and profitability
- Develop schedules, determine sequencing, and implement recovery strategies as needed
- Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager on progress and performance
- Maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
- Delegate tasks to and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

Ideal Candidate
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5 years as a lead or senior superintendent on ground-up projects
- Ground-up experience in one or more of the following: multifamily, commercial, industrial, higher education, or data center and mission-critical projects
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office
