Job Description

Due to continued expansion in the mission critical space, a leading contractor is seeking a Project Executive to oversee delivery of a hyperscale data center project. This role will play a critical leadership role in one of the region’s most significant data center developments.

The Project Executive will have full oversight of project performance, client relationships, and team leadership across a highly complex, technically demanding build. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in hyperscale or mission critical construction and a proven ability to lead large teams and deliver high-value projects successfully

Key Responsibilitie

  • t.Lead project teams including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and field leadershi
  • p.Maintain ultimate responsibility for project performance, including schedule, budget, and risk managemen
  • t.Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholder
  • s.Oversee contract strategy, procurement approach, and commercial performanc
  • e.Drive project execution standards across safety, quality, and operational excellenc
  • e.Lead high-level reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processe
  • s.Mentor and develop senior project staff and build high-performing team

s.Qualification

  • s:10+ years of experience with a general contractor preferre
  • d.Experience delivering hyperscale data center or mission critical project
  • s.Proven track record in a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager role on large-scale project
  • s.Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary team
  • s.Deep understanding of complex MEP systems and mission critical infrastructur
  • e.Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level
