Job Description
Position Summary
Lead and coordinate field resources (mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, and subcontractors) throughout the construction, startup, and commissioning phases of large-scale projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage installation, startup, commissioning, and service activities.
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and other trades.
Review manpower needs and escalate resource constraints.
Conduct project coordination meetings and provide status updates.
Monitor project progress, scope changes, and field variations.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
Support project completion and customer handoff activities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years managing MEP scopes and personnel on large commercial construction projects.
Experience overseeing commissioning activities and issue-resolution platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate up to 50 field personnel indirectly.
Qualifications
8–12 years of MEP construction experience.
Data center construction experience strongly .
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent experience).
OSHA 30 certification.
Work Requirements
Onsite, 5 days per week.
Light lifting (5–25 lbs.) and frequent standing.
Travel as required
