Project Manager – Structural Engineering
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite 4 days/week)
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
Experience: 6+ years in structural design (concrete/steel/masonry) with PE license (SE )
About the Role
Lead commercial and institutional structural projects from design through completion! You’ll manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, oversee 3–5 engineers and BIM technicians, conduct client and coordination meetings, and collaborate with architects, GCs, and precast manufacturers to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals.
What We’re Looking For
- PE license required (SE ) with 6+ years of structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Tekla Structural Designer, and BIM 360
- Experience leading projects end-to-end, including sealing documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- : Experience with precast design or PCI committee involvement
- Builder mentality – thrives in fast-paced, problem-solving environments
