Project Manager – Cladding & Roofing (Data Centre Projects – Europe)\n\nLocation: Europe (Site-Based – Travel & Accommodation Provided)\nSalary: £90,000 – £120,000 + Travel + Accommodation + Package\nWorking Pattern: Flexible rota / shift arrangement (e.g. weeks on / weeks off – to be discussed)\n\nWe are representing a highly respected and well-established specialist cladding and roofing contractor with a strong reputation across the European data centre sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of blue-chip projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value data centre schemes across Europe.\n\nThis is a key role within the business, working on technically complex, fast-paced projects valued up to £15m for leading global data centre clients.\n\nKey Project Experience:\n\n * European data centre construction projects (essential)\n\n * Cladding and roofing packages up to £15m\n\n * Blue-chip data centre clients and hyperscale operators\n\n * Mission-critical, high-specification build environments\n\n * Fast-track, programme-driven delivery schemes\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead delivery of major cladding and roofing packages on European data centre projects\n\n * Act as the key site-based project lead and client-facing representative\n\n * Manage programme delivery, sequencing, and logistics across complex live environments\n\n * Coordinate design, technical submittals, and construction methodology with internal and external teams\n\n * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners across multiple work fronts\n\n * Ensure strict adherence to programme milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements\n\n * Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and risk mitigation strategies\n\n * Support commercial awareness including variations, change control, and cost tracking\n\n * Build strong working relationships with blue-chip clients and principal contractors\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n * Proven experience delivering cladding and/or roofing packages on data centre projects (essential)\n\n * Strong track record working on complex, fast-track construction environments\n\n * Experience delivering projects for Tier 1 or blue-chip clients\n\n * Strong technical understanding of façade/roofing systems\n\n * Excellent programme management and site delivery capability\n\n * Commercially aware with good contract understanding\n\n * Confident leader with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors\n\n * Willingness to travel across Europe and work on rotational/site-based arrangements\n\nPackage & Benefits:\n\n * £90,000 – £120,000 basic salary\n\n * Travel and accommodation fully covered\n\n * Flexible working rota (to be agreed – e.g.
