This position is based in Omaha, NE and requires working on-site. We're looking for candidates local to the area or willing to relocate; relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate

\n
· Own the outcome — full ownership of mission critical projects, from kickoff through closeout.
\n
· Drive execution — hold the line on schedule, budget, and quality where downtime is not an option.
\n
· Get ahead of risk — especially around commissioning, redundancy, and live-environment work.
\n
· Coordinate the complexity — align superintendents, MEP trades, and commissioning agents on one schedule.
\n
· Manage with precision — contracts, cost controls, and reporting with zero surprises.
\n
· Deepen client trust — relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients that drive repeat work.
\n

\n
· Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, plus 8+ years in commercial construction, including 3+ as a PM.
\n
· Data center or mission critical project experience strongly .
\n
· Working knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and redundancy standards (N+1, 2N).
\n
· Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls in high-stakes, schedule-driven environments.
\n
· Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.
\n
