We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a fast-track civils package on a high-profile Data Centre project in the Didcot area. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in complex civils environments to play a key role in a critical infrastructure build.

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the civils works package, including piling, reinforced concrete foundations, internal foul drainage, and internal MV services installation. The Project Manager will be client-facing, commercially aware, and confident driving programme delivery to tight deadlines.

  Take overall ownership of the civils package as Project Manager from site mobilisation through to completion

  \n

  Manage and coordinate piling, RC foundations, drainage, and MV services works

  \n

\n

• \n

  Review drawings and programmes to plan and sequence site activities effectively as Project Manager

  \n

\n

• \n

  Carry out material take-offs and place orders to meet programme demands

  \n

\n

• \n

  Ensure all works meet required quality standards, with inspections and testing fully completed

  \n

\n

• \n

  Produce detailed weekly progress reports and liaise closely with the client and stakeholders

  \n

\n

• \n

  Lead the site team and subcontractors, maintaining momentum on a fast-track programme

  \n

  Proven experience as a Project Manager on Data Centre civils projects

  Strong civils background with a demonstrable track record of delivery

  Excellent understanding of drawings, programmes, and construction methodology

  Highly organised Project Manager with strong attention to detail

  \n

\n

• \n

  Confident working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  \n
