A leading commercial contractor with a strong presence in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Mission Critical construction projects in the Atlanta market. This role is responsible for delivering technically complex, fast paced projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all phases of Mission Critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, designers, and trade partners
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, and change management items
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on Mission Critical projects such as data centers, technology facilities, or other high reliability environments
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex building infrastructure
  • BS in Construction Management or related
  • Experience working in the Atlanta construction market is
