Project Planner – Outside IR35\n\n18-Month Contract | Large-Scale M&E Data Centre Projects\n\nJL Renewable Solutions is working in partnership with a new and exciting client to appoint an experienced Project Planner on an exclusive Outside IR35 contract.\n\nThis is a long-term opportunity working on major M&E data centre projects, offering stability, technical challenge, and involvement in large-scale infrastructure programmes.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining project programmes across complex M&E works. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure accurate planning, progress reporting and effective programme control.\n\nKey Requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Project Planner within M&E / Building Services\n\n * \n\n Strong working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject (essential)\n\n * \n\n Exposure to Primavera P6 (beneficial but not essential)\n\n * \n\n Experience working on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage programmes, updates, reporting and stakeholder engagement\n\n * \n\n Eligible to work Outside IR35\n\nContract Details\n\n * \n\n Outside IR35\n\n * \n\n 18-month contract\n\n * \n\n Large-scale M&E Data Centre projects\n\n * \n\n South of England–based (or willing to relocate)\n\n * \n\n Competitive day rate\n\nThis role would suit a Planner looking for a long-term Outside IR35 contract on technically challenging, high-profile projects.\n\n If you’d like more information or a confidential discussion, please apply or get in touch directly
