Job Description
We are representing a well-established General Contractor with a strong presence across Texas that is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join its growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This individual will play a key role in supporting large-scale commercial projects, partnering closely with operations and field teams to develop and manage detailed project schedules. Projects typically range from $20 million to $300 million across sectors including aviation, education, industrial, mixed-use, and data center construction.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy and adherence to milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Support project leadership in progress reporting, forecasting, and recovery planning.
- Contribute to process improvements and the continued growth of the project controls function.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor or construction management firm.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across both field and corporate teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
