PXT Principal Op Excellence

The Snr Mgr, EU PXT Ops Excellence is an opportunity to accelerate and shape the EU Operations PXT vision through strategy and innovation across 12 EU countries and over 420 locations. This role leads a team of Senior Managers across the EU in building scalable PXT mechanisms, standardizing processes, creating innovative solutions to simplify problems, and driving efficiencies at scale.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Program Management to drive innovation and improvement for our ~2000 field PXT Customers spanning four business lines (BLs), including EU Customer Fulfilment (CF), EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL), EU Amazon XL (AMXL) heavy and bulky goods), and EU Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). This role will develop and lead a Roadmap of Global, EU and Country wide Programs of work on behalf of the field PXT organization. The role requires its incumbent to both lead a team and lead a large program of work requiring high judgement direction and hands on delivery. You will frequently working with PXT Directors and cross functional partners to solve complex challenges at scale. This role is pivotal to the success of the EU PXT organization with a strong focus on think big, dealing with ambiguity and deliver results.

Key job responsibilities
Develop, plan and deliver the EU PXT Program Roadmap in line with the Annual Strategic Goals for EU PXT as per the Operational Plan and SPS.
Provide direction and strategic guidance on multiple programs in parallel, managing your time effectively to meet all key milestones
Lead your team to establish cadences, mechanisms and project plans for implementation of EU programs using program management tools and analytics to support data driven actions.
Partner and influence Tech Product and central PXT teams, to execute key deliverables.
Develop strategy and articulate this clearly through both verbal and written work as required and develop monthly & quarterly business review documents for review with EU PXT Leadership to provide an overview of progress towards goals, highlighting challenges and risks, and summarizing dependencies
Ensure adherence to timelines working with multiple PXT stakeholders across different geographies, showing understanding of challenges and resilience to drive programs to completion.
Be a strong leader within the EU PXT Operational - Excellence team as a role model and advocate for Program mgmt in the business.
