Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated QSHE Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) programs. In this critical role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promote a strong safety culture, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all operations. You will be working closely with various departments, senior leadership, and external partners to maintain and elevate QSHE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and update of QSHE-related log books to ensure accurate records.
Lead regular site audits to assess compliance with QSHE policies and procedures.
Identify potential hazards, recommend corrective actions, and prepare detailed audit reports.
Champion a strong safety culture by developing and delivering safety training programs.
Provide QSHE expertise during the setup of new contracts and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Monitor quality and environmental performance, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Stay updated with QSHE regulations and advise on necessary policy adjustments.

Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate
