Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes in the construction of data centers, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle and will involve collaboration with various teams to implement quality protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance for stakeholders.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and quality control practices.
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet specified requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and methodologies.
- Experience in data center construction is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
