Position: Quality Document Control Clerk

What You Will Be Doing
The Quality Document Control Clerk plays a critical role in supporting the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) by obtaining, organizing, managing, and maintaining all quality-related documentation. This position ensures that documents are accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal policies, industry standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines. This role also contributes to audit readiness, lifecycle document control, and cross-functional coordination to support continuous improvement and quality assurance efforts. Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements and physically / medically qualified to wear required PPE per OSHA standards. Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have's:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing QA/QC document control or a related role.
- Knowledge of quality systems, process control methods, change management and control tools.
- Familiarity with the selection and technical requirements of general mechanical equipment such as pumps, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other Quality Management Systems standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
Nice to Have:
• Associate degree .
• Experience with Procore - construction management software
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Quality Management Systems document control software.

What Hours You Will Work
This is a full-time position.
The first shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Work Conditions
This position operates out of a fabrication facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
