V7 Recruitment are supporting the delivery of a major data centre construction project in the Nordics and are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Coordinator to join the project team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a hyperscale data centre build, ensuring quality standards are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate can either be based in the Nordics full-time or work on an 11/3 rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Quality Management function for the project and act as the key interface between the client and contractor quality teams.
Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan in line with client requirements.
Ensure contractor Quality Control Plans are in place and compliant with project standards.
Coordinate quality inspections, benchmarks, and documentation across the project.
Manage Factory Witness Testing requirements and off-site quality activities.
Ensure all stakeholders understand and follow the project quality processes and standards.
Promote a strong quality culture across the project through inductions and training.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Quality Manager / Quality Coordinator role on major construction projects.
Experience on data centre or technology projects is advantageous.
Background working with consultancies, main contractors, or client-side teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work within a large, fast-paced international project environment.
