Quantity Surveyor

A UK and European Construction Consultancy are seeking a presentable Quantity Surveyor who is eager to take on greater responsibility, more autonomy, and a client facing position.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining their London office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of interesting logistic and data centre projects for two key clients.

With a Senior Quantity Surveyor nearby, the new Quantity Surveyor will have their own projects to manage from the initial feasibility through to final accounts/handover, whilst supporting on more complex and larger schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor

Client facing / good at building relationships
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS or working towards
Pre and post contract knowledge
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
4+ years Quantity Surveying experience In Return?

£45,000 - £60,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
