Blue Fox Consult is representing one of the most specialist delivery teams in the mission-critical sector, seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Manchester.
This is open to Intermediate or Senior level.
This is a pivotal role on some of the UK’s flagship builds — technically complex, high-value developments at the cutting edge of data infrastructure.
The Opportunity
- Take full commercial ownership of electrical packages on a large-scale mission-critical facility
- Work alongside a market-leading project team renowned for technical delivery excellence
- Play a key role in project cost control, subcontract management, and strategic procurement
- Pathway to Commercial Lead / Regional Manager as the UK portfolio expands

What You’ll Need
- Strong experience in HV / electrical quantity surveying on data centres, utilities, or large industrial projects
- Proven track record managing multimillion-pound packages
- Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- UK work rights and relevant qualifications (RICS )
