As part of an agile and growing team, you will play a vital role in high-impact projects where precision, speed, and compliance are key.

About the Role

As Rapid Works Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of fast-response fire safety installation and commissioning projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fire systems, project management, and field operations who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Prepare, submit, and oversee RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance, progress, and quality.

Manage procurement: pricing, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.

Attend both on-site and virtual meetings with clients, suppliers, and engineers.

Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project resources, costs, and timelines are aligned.

Build and maintain strong client and supply chain relationships.

Support business growth by helping recruit, mentor, and manage junior team members.
