We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its New York office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career within a sophisticated, collaborative, and nationally recognized real estate practice.
The group is known for handling complex, high-value real estate transactions across the country and offers associates the opportunity to work on some of the most significant and innovative matters in the market. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, leasing matters, restructurings, and other sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for an impressive roster of institutional clients, developers, lenders, investors, and real estate funds.
This practice is part of a broader multidisciplinary real estate platform that handles hundreds of transactions annually involving billions of dollars in deal value. Recent matters have included major portfolio acquisitions, large-scale redevelopment projects, complex financings, data center transactions, and other transformative real estate deals nationwide.
Associates receive meaningful responsibility from the outset and work closely with experienced practitioners on market-leading transactions. The firm places a strong emphasis on mentorship, integration, training, and long-term professional development. Attorneys are encouraged to take an active role in client matters, firm initiatives, and business development opportunities as they continue to grow their practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Experience handling sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and/or joint venture matters
- Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Admission to the New York Bar

Compensation is highly competitive, with an anticipated salary range of approximately $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
