Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded California-based law firm with a strong reputation in commercial real estate. This role is based in the firm’s Orange County office.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3–6 years of experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

  • Strong experience drafting and revising commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.

  • A solid background in title and survey review and closing real estate transactions.

  • Additional experience with acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, and general transactional due diligence.

  • Exposure to data center leasing is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

  • Major law firm experience .

  • A strong academic background.

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
