Real Estate Lawyer

Job Description

Our client, a large international technology firm are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer for a 12 month contract commencing in December.

You will be supporting large data centre construction projects across EMEA.

You will have a:

• Law degree and current practicing certificate in Ireland, UK or EU (for EMEA)
• In-house experience dealing with commercial leasing, acquisition and development, and associated construction projects.
• Background in global real estate and/or other complex commercial transactions, ideally with experience in leases and real estate purchase and development.
