Job Description

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $150,000 - 200,000

Position Overview:

We are working alongside a rapidly growing data centers organization based in Dallas, TX. They are seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to support a range of real estate–related transactional matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Support real estate–related transactions across a variety of asset types, structures, and project stages
  • Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of legal documents related to:
  • Property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Site control and land use arrangements (e.g., ground leases, easements, access rights)
  • Development, construction, or investment-related agreements
