What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle searches across power and digital infrastructure.
- Originate new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
- Source, assess, and close top-tier technical, commercial, and leadership talent.
- Structure and negotiate mandates across retained, contingent, and embedded structures.
- Orchestrate client portfolio construction and practice optimal search execution methodologies.
- Build a personal market and brand - your clients, your profit stream, your reputation.
