Our client are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help connect top tier talent with transformative projects across the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland) . This is an account management/delivery opportunity . Based Central London 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week.

Client Details:

Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, life sciences and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced recruitment account manager to join their team and assist in filling jobs and building client relationships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Placing candidates into established client accounts.
  • Working on mid to senior level contract vacancies in The Nordics.
  • Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
  • Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience.
  • Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
  • Arranging candidate interviews.
  • Attending industry networking events.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working as a recruitment consultant or recruitment account manager within the energy, engineering, life sciences, or data centre verticals.
  • Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
  • Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
  • Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients.
  • Able to attend networking events as and when required.
  • Graduate or graduate calibre.
