Join a global recruitment leader and take ownership of a growing desk focused on the Irish market. Our client is seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven 360 Recruitment Consultant who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle while steadily developing opportunities across Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long‑term partnerships, delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions, and growing a desk through credibility, consistency, and market expertise rather than heavy outbound sales.

They are now expanding their London team with a consultant dedicated to the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a 360 desk focused on the Irish market
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop new opportunities through warm outreach, referrals, and market engagement
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑ to senior‑level roles
  • Source, interview, and assess high‑quality candidates
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate and client experience
  • Work to agreed financial and activity targets
  • Attend industry networking events and represent the brand professionally

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally within energy, engineering, life sciences, or data centre sectors)
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with a consultative approach
  • Comfortable developing business through warm conversations and market presence
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and driven to achieve results
  • Graduate or graduate‑calibre
