The Role:
What you’ll be doing:
Taking ownership of a perm desk focused on Advanced Manufacturing and Mission Critical markets across EU and US
Identifying opportunities within Advanced Manufacturing and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching new clients, negotiating terms and delivering on world class candidates
Win the client, not just the job - working closely with our client solutions and marketing teams to provide attractive pitch documents and the best solution offerings to potential clients
Building long-term candidate relationships and mapping specialist markets with a clear, structured plan
Attending international events and client meets with the budget to go to the US/EU once a quarter, when needed
The Requirements:
2+ years 360 experience within a White Collar Engineering, Construction or Industrial vertical, international market experience
A proven track record of Business Development (self-generated business and repeat business with these clients)
Ability to build long-term candidate and client relationships
A growth mindset - motivated by ownership, progression and wealth creation
Commitment to building something meaningful rather than maintaining a “status quo” desk
