Door-to-door pay + van (personal use)

About the Role

We’re looking for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing team across the South East and London.

Whether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to step up into more technical environments, this is a chance to work on a wide range of systems, including high-profile and critical sites like data centres and commercial buildings.

You’ll be part of a supportive team where your development is taken seriously, and no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems

* Working on equipment such as chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and pumps

* Occasional install and project work

* Building strong relationships with clients on-site

* Taking part in a 1-in-6 on-call rota (well paid and structured)

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re open to a range of experience levels. Ideally, you’ll have:

* Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or HVAC

* F-Gas certification (or working towards it)

* A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence

Nice to have (but not essential):

* Chiller experience

* Formal qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)

* Experience in critical environments (e.g. data centres)

What You’ll Get

* £50,000–£55,000 basic salary

* £65,000–£75,000 realistic earnings (door-to-door travel paid)

* Company van + fuel card (personal use included)

* 28 days holiday + bank holidays

* 5% pension contribution

* Private medical insurance

* Bi-annual bonus scheme

On-call package:

* £150 per week standby

* Minimum 4 hours paid per callout (overtime rate)

Why Join Us?

* Work on a variety of equipment and major manufacturers

* Get exposure to data centres and critical infrastructure

* Ongoing training and career development (including electrical, controls, and leadership pathways)

* Supportive team environment—not just “another engineer on the rota”

* Real opportunities to progress as the company grows
