Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer\n\n South East / Thames Valley / London\n £50,000–£55,000 basic | £65,000–£75,000 OTE\n Door-to-door pay + van (personal use)\n\n About the Role\n\nWe’re looking for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing team across the South East and London.\n\nWhether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to step up into more technical environments, this is a chance to work on a wide range of systems, including high-profile and critical sites like data centres and commercial buildings.\n\nYou’ll be part of a supportive team where your development is taken seriously, and no two days are the same.\n\n What You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems\n\n * Working on equipment such as chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and pumps\n\n * Occasional install and project work\n\n * Building strong relationships with clients on-site\n\n * Taking part in a 1-in-6 on-call rota (well paid and structured)\n\n✅ What We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re open to a range of experience levels.
