Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client histories, presenting concerns, and therapeutic needs.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring progression toward their goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other practices in your sessions.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and guidance to empower clients in their healing journeys.
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while documenting sessions in compliance with best practices and legal standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide support, address concerns, and encourage adherence to therapeutic recommendations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
