As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Resilient Growth Life Counseling, you will have a range of responsibilities focused on client care and personal development:

Qualifications\n
To be effective in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) by the State Board.
- Proven ability to work independently without supervision and maintain a clean licensure record free from disciplinary actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature that fosters rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with contemporary psychotherapy practices and methodologies.
- Proficient computer skills are necessary to navigate our counseling platform and digital documentation.
