Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation and support to both individuals and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care is provided for each client, enhancing treatment outcomes across the board.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance and professionalism.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops and training to stay abreast of current trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our LPCs primarily work with a diverse range of individuals and families who face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant technology.

- The annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000, with caseload and salary determined based on experience and client availability.
