We're looking for an experienced Design Field Coordinator to join a long-term semiconductor construction project in Boise, Idaho.
This role bridges the gap between engineering, BIM/VDC, and field construction by ensuring designs are coordinated, constructible, and ready for installation. If you're an expert in Revit and enjoy solving complex coordination challenges while working closely with design teams and field leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate between engineering, BIM/VDC teams, and field construction to ensure projects are field-ready.
- Review Revit models and design packages for constructability, coordination, and installation readiness.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts before they impact construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field design questions and technical clarifications.
- Provide advanced Revit support, including model setup, worksets, families, views, templates, and troubleshooting.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
- Help develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.
- Capture field lessons learned and incorporate improvements into future standards.
- Train and mentor project teams on Revit best practices and BIM workflows.
- Partner with project leadership to reduce RFIs, improve constructability, and minimize rework.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in BIM, VDC, Design Coordination, or advanced Revit roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building systems and constructability.
- Experience supporting field construction teams through design coordination.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, model organization, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, BIM, and construction teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Revit modeling challenges and provide technical guidance.
Experience
Experience supporting one or more of the following project types:
- Semiconductor
- Advanced Manufacturing
- Cleanroom
- Pharmaceutical
- Biotechnology
- Data Centers
- Industrial Facilities
- Mission Critical Projects
Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Bluebeam is highly .
