Safety Coordinator

Outsource is looking for a Safety Coordinator for a two + month long contract in Los Lunas.  Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.  This project starts on Monday, 8/10.  Candidates must have a CHST and data center experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce company and client safety policies
• Deliver safety training, coaching, and instruction
• Assist with incident and accident investigations and corrective action
• Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
• Track safety metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions for recurring issues
• Support accident prevention and loss mitigation efforts
• Travel occasionally (approximately 5%) to client locations

Required Qualifications

Must Have

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of Occupational Health & Safety experience in a data center environment
• MUST HAVE A CHST
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to influence and coach employees on safety practices
• Ability to work Monday-Saturday 7:00 am-5:30 pm
