Compensation & Schedule

???? Pay Rate: $54/hr
???? Per Diem: None
???? Completion Bonus: $150/month
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 10 to 12 Hour Shifts
???? Additional Schedule Details: Potential Sunday work and rotating Saturdays as needed. Candidates should be prepared to support extended schedules throughout the life of the project.

This opportunity provides hands-on safety oversight across multiple project scopes, including a pre-fabrication facility manufacturing interior and exterior metal-framed wall panels, self-performed drywall installation, and ongoing mission-critical construction activities.

The Construction Safety Coordinator will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with fabrication personnel, drywall crews, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of manufacturing operations, interior systems installation, civil construction activities, and data center construction work.

Required Qualifications

✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ OSHA 510 Certification
✔ Minimum 2+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
✔ Current First Aid/CPR Certification

Qualifications

⭐ Data Center Construction Experience
⭐ Prefabrication or Manufacturing Safety Experience
⭐ Excavation and Civil Construction Experience
⭐ Drywall or Interior Systems Construction Experience
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
⭐ Contractor Safety Management Experience

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide daily field safety oversight for data center construction and prefabrication operations
  • Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas and manufacturing environments
  • Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
  • Monitor wall panel fabrication activities, drywall installation operations, excavation work, and civil construction activities
  • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
  • Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
  • Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
  • Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, subcontractors, and fabrication teams
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
  • Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
  • Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
