Compensation & Schedule

???? Completion Bonus: $150/month
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10 Hour Days
???? Additional Schedule Details: Possible Saturday work as project demands require. Candidates should be prepared to support extended schedules during peak construction activities.

The Construction Safety Manager will provide hands-on field safety oversight for all concrete and excavation activities, working directly with craft personnel, foremen, superintendents, and project leadership to maintain compliance and ensure safe execution of work.

Required Qualifications

✔ BCSP Certification Required (CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, STSC, or Equivalent)
✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ Current CPR / First Aid Certification
✔ Minimum 3+ Years of Construction Safety Experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for excavation and concrete construction operations
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor excavation activities, concrete footer installation, formwork operations, and reinforcing steel activities
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
