Compensation & Schedule

???? Pay Rate: $65/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local with Per Diem)
???? Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
???? Completion Bonus: $150/month
???? Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10 Hour Shifts | 50-60 Hours Per Week
???? Additional Schedule Details: Possible Saturday work as project demands require.

The Construction Safety Manager will provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction crews, subcontractors, and supervision while ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and project-specific safety standards.

Required Qualifications

✔ 4-Year Degree in Safety and 3+ Years of Safety Experience; OR
✔ BCSP Certification (CHST Minimum) and 3+ Years of Safety Experience; OR
✔ OSHA 510 Certification and 5+ Years of Construction Safety Experience

Qualifications

⭐ Data Center or Mission-Critical Construction Experience
⭐ NFPA 70E Training or Experience
⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
⭐ ASP, CSP, CHST, or Other BCSP Credential
⭐ Contractor Safety Management Experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction operations
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor cable pulling, electrical equipment installation, material handling, and elevated work activities
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
